摘  要:目的 :研究激素性股骨头坏死骨内微量元素的变化和发病机理。方法 :30只成年雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为模型组和对照组 ,采用臀肌注射醋酸氢化泼尼松建立股骨头骨细胞坏死模型。每隔 2周各组分别进行股骨头内微量元素含量测定 ,组织学和放射学观察。结果 :模型组铜、铁、锶、镁元素含量明显低于对照组( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,而锌、锰元素含量无显著性差异。结论 :微量元素的变化可影响激素性股骨头坏死骨代谢过程 ,在激素性股骨头坏死发生发展中有重要作用 ,对激素性股骨头坏死的预后判断和早期综合治疗有一定临床价值。Objective:To explore the mechanism of steroid-inducenenecrosis of femoral head we investigate the changes of bone trace elements.Methods:Thirty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group and control group. We administered intramuscuarly hydroprednison acetate to induce model of femoral head neerosis.The bone trace elements,histopathology and x-ray observation were tested every two weeks. Restults:It showed that the quantity of Cu, Fe, Sr and Mg in model group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05~0.01),while the quantity of Zn and Mn showed no significant difference.Conclusion:It suggested that the quantitative changes of trace elements in the femoral head can effect the process of bone metabolism, play an important role in development and might have an important clinical signficamce in determination of prognosis and early comprehensive treatment of steroid-induced femoral head mecrosis.
