摘  要:目的 研究氟哌酸锌的合成方法、工艺、结构及含量测定方法。方法 采用两步法合成氟哌酸锌 ,红外、紫外及热重量分析进行结构分析 ,用络合滴定法进行含量测定。结果 用氟哌酸经过两步法合成可得到氟哌酸锌 ,红外光谱图确证 :氟哌酸在 1731cm-1处有羧酸的特征吸收峰 ,而氟哌酸锌的红外光谱图 1731cm-1吸收峰消失 ,出现 15 74cm-1吸收峰和 1393cm-1吸收峰。说明氟哌酸锌中羧酸的盐类因形成羧酸根负离子 ,使负电荷平均化。结论 采用两步法合成氟哌酸锌可以避免NaOH与ZnSO4 的反应 ,使产品质量得以提高 ;通过热重量分析 ,表明氟哌酸锌分子中含有 3分子的结晶水 ;Objective\ To study synthetic method, technology, structure and the assay of zinc norfloxacine contents. Methods\ Zinc norfloxacine was synthesized by two step method. The structure was detected by infrared spectrophotometry, UV spectrophotometry and thermogravimetry. The content was assayed by complexometric titration. Rusults\ Zinc norfloxocine could be synthesized by two step method which was confirmed by infrared spectrophotometry.There was characteristic absorption peak of carboxyl at 1 731 cm -1 in norfloxacine infrared spectrogram. However, in infrared spectrogram of zinc norfloxacine there was absorption peak of carboxyl at 1 574 cm -1 and 1 393 cm -1 ,not at 1 731 cm -1 .It showed that carboxylic saline in the molecule of zinc norfloxacine produced negative electric charge average distribution because of carboxylic saline forming carboxylic radicel. Conclusion In process of zinc norfloxacine by two step, the reaction between sodium hydrate and zinc sulphate can be avoided to improve the quality of products. Thermogravimetry shows there is the crystal water of 3 molecules in the zinc norfloxacine. Complexometry can be used to assay zinc norfloxacine.
