摘　　要：对用曲线齿轮油泵代替直齿轮油泵来解决齿轮泵在泵油过程中的困油现象进行了分析,通过实例说明了用曲线齿轮代替直齿轮的效果,指出对曲线齿轮的设计要保证在啮合过程中始终要有一条完整的密封接触带。The oil trapped phenomenon existed in the process that curve gear pump replace the spur gear is introduced.The effect that curve gear replaces the spur gear is illustrated with practical use.It is showed that there must be a complete sealing strip in the gear pair during meshing.
