摘 要:使用六线涡量探针在切向炉HG-2008-YM2的冷模上测量了其小分隔屏后气流的速度及涡量分布,得到了模型炉膛内描述湍流特征的参数,如湍动度、倾斜因子及平坦因子等,为热偏差成因及对策研究提供了依据. 实验结果表明,在分隔屏区域,涡量场的分布和速度场一样也具有贴壁特征,小分隔屏的存在对其后的速度场及涡量场有明显的影响,由于翼型效应,右侧屏后出现了分离涡.A 6-sensor hot-wire probe is used to measure the velocity and the vorticity fields behind the SH panel region of a tangential-firing furnace (TFF). The turbulent characteristic parameters are presented in the paper such as turbulent intensity, skewness factor and flatness factor in a TFF model. The result confirms that the real flow field is not Gaussian. The vorticity fields are also carried out to help understanding the aerodynamics of the flow in that region. It can be concluded that the existing small panel in the upper tangential-firing furnace significantly affects the flow behind the multipanels. Some vortices seem to appear in the right half panel region due to airfoil effects.
