摘 要:评价了PEP、FF 1、FM 110粘结涂层的耐磨、防腐蚀和防粘等综合性能。FF 1、FM 110两种含PTFE涂层不但在常温下具备耐磨、防腐蚀和防粘等优良的综合性能 ,而且在加温状态下 ,在干燥空气和潮湿空气中都显示出了优良的耐磨、防腐蚀和防粘性能。PEP涂层中由于加入了稀土化合物和氧化锑能使耐磨寿命提高近 1倍 ,并兼有静态下的防腐蚀能力。研究表明 ,这三种粘结涂层具有广阔的推广应用前景。Wear resisting, anticorrosive and anticohesive properties of the bonded coatings such as PEP, FF 1, FM 110 were evaluated. The results showed that FF 1, FM 110 coatings, which were composed of PTFE, had good tribological properties at room temperature as well as elevated temperatures, in dry or moist air. Because of adding rare earth compounds and antimony trioxide, the wearproof life of PEP coating was nearly doubled. It is pointed out that all these three coatings have wide prospects for applying.
