摘　　要：应用ＨＰＬＣ法测定山大黄消炎止血胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚、芦荟大黄素的含量，方法简便快速、灵敏度高，重现性好，平均回收率分别为９９．９７％（ＲＳＤ＝２．０％）、１００．１４％（ＲＳＤ＝１．９１％）、１００．０７％（ＲＳＤ＝２．１４％），结果较为满意，可作为制剂、半成品及原料药材的含量测定方法。HPLC was used to determine the contents of emodin chrysophanol and aloe-emodin in Shandahuang Xiaoyanzhitong Capsules.This method is simple and quick with the high sensitivity and the good reproducibility.The average recovery are 99.97%(RSD=2.0%),100.14%(RSD=1.91%)and 100.07%(RSD=2.14%),respectively.This method can be used as a detemination method for preparation,semi-product and raw material.
