摘  要:通过间歇式盐水喷雾试验和极化曲线测定 ,对比研究了NaHSO3 、NaCl和NaH SO3 +NaCl三种介质对锌腐蚀的影响 ,并对腐蚀产物进行了XRD分析。实验结果表明 ,以 1 0 -1mol/LNaHSO3 + 1 0 -2 mol/LNaCl为加速剂 ,采用间歇式喷雾实验 ,可模拟锌在沈阳污染大气中的腐蚀过程 ,腐蚀规律可用ΔW =A +Bt公式描述。By means of accelerated corrosion tests and electrochemical measurements, the influence of NaHSO 3, NaCl or NaHSO 3 + NaCl on corrosion behavior of zinc was studied. Its corrosion products were analysed by XRD, and corrosion mechanism of zinc with emphasis on the mixed medium (NaHSO 3 + NaCl) was discussed. The orrosion process of zinc in Shenyang atmosphere could be simulated by intermittent fogging spraying testing with 10 -1 mol/L NaHSO 3 + 10 -2 mol/L NaCl. The relationship between weight loss of zinc and test duration could be described by a formula △w = A + Bt.
