摘　　要：该文从分析船舶制造企业ERP/MRPⅡ的特点着手 ,给出了船舶制造企业ERP/MRPⅡ的设计思想和功能结构 ,提出了船舶制造企业ERP/MRPⅡ的实施必须与CAD/CAPP/PDM实现紧密结合 ,并围绕交货期与目标成本控制两个中心进行企业流程再造 ,以确保船舶制造企业管理目标的实现。The article analyzes the features of ERP/MRPⅡ for ship building enterprises according to these enterpises management models,gives out design thought and function structure of ERP/MRPⅡ for shipbuilding enterprises,and puts forward that the implementation of ERP/MRPⅡ for ship building enterpises must be integrated closely with CAD/CAPP/PDM,and business process reengineering must be carried out with focus on delivery dates and objective cost control so as to ensure achievement of shipbuilding enterprise management objects.
