摘　　要：介绍了东风1 1 型机车非正常空转撒砂故障的现象 ,分析了微机控制系统对电机转速传感器信号的处理方式 ,指出了通过改造 1 1 4板滤波电容和施密特电路来处理此类故障的方法。The phenomenon of abnormal idle sanding of DF 11 locomotives is presented. The handling method of signals of motor speed sensors with microcomputer based control systems is analyzed. The method to handle this failure through renewal of 114 board filter capacitors and Schmidt circuits is pointed out.
