摘　　要：随着我国旅游业在经济和社会发展中的作用不断加强 ,在世界旅游业中的地位不断提高 ,人才建设日益提到重要的战略地位 ,必须充分认识人才培训的重要性 ,把人才培养作为事关旅游业发展的一件大事来抓 ,从人才支撑上保证旅游业快速。s:Qualified personnel training is becoming more and more important because of the tourism development at home and abroad.We should be fully aware of the significance of personnel training regarding it as a vital and critical business concerning the tourism development.With the support of talented personnel,tourism can be promoted in a rapid and healthy way.
