摘  要:三级式无刷直流发电机由于存在一个大的直流滤波电容 ,在没有设置软起动功能时 ,建压过程中会产生电压过冲现象 ,会对无刷直流发电机的负载造成损害。深入地分析了产生电压过冲的原因 ;主发电机的开环时间常数会对建压过冲产生影响 ,而输出直流电压的上升速度也是一个重要因素。由于主发电机的开环时间常数由发电机的结构及运行状态决定 ,故软起动的主要方法在于限制输出直流电压的上升速度。数字电压调节器中 ,实现软起动的一种有效方法是将参考电压设置成由零至额定电压的一条固定斜率的直线。文章对有无软起动功能的情况进行了仿真 ,结果说明采用软起动后 ,建压过程得到了很大改善。另外 。Due to the DC filtering capacitor,the three stage burshless DC generator can result in high overshooting during its voltage setup process if the soft starting function is not adopted.The overshooting is harmful to the load of the brushless DC generator.By the means of equivalent circuits and the law of conservation of energy,the paper finds the reasons which cause the overshooting.The open loop time constant of the main generator influence the overshooting evidently.The important factor is the rising speed of the output DC voltage.Because the open loop time constant of the main generator is decided by the construct of the generator and the operation conditions,the main aim of the soft starting is to limit the rising speed of the output DC voltage.The soft starting function in the digital voltage regulator is realized by setting the referent voltage as a fixed gradient line from zero to the rating voltage.The simulation has been conducted to compare the overshooting with and without the soft starting function.The result of simulation shows the soft starting function brings the great improvement on the voltage setup process.The experiments also testify the efficiency of the soft starting method.
