摘  要:为研制基于IEC闪变测量原理的数字式闪变仪 ,按照IEC推荐的闪变仪功能和设计规范 ,在Matlab环境下建立了模拟式闪变仪的模型 ,并运用双线性变换法将其变换为数字式系统 ,给出了IEC数字式闪变仪各环节数字滤波器的传递函数和运算结构 ;而后利用累积概率函数曲线 (CPF)的单调递减特性 ,提出了快速计算短时间闪变值Pst的方法。最后 ,按照IEC推荐标准和试验条件 ,借助Matlab的仿真工具 ,对数字式系统和模拟式系统的计算结果进行了比较验证。结果表明 :给出的数字化实现方法完全能满足IEC推荐标准的精度要求。In order to develop the flicker meter based on IEC s tandard,the analog model for the flicker meter is implemented under the environm ent of MATLAB according to the functions and design criterion suggested by IEC.C onverting the analog model to a digital system by means of doubele-linearity tr ansformation,the transfer functions and operating structure for the IEC digital flicker meter has been deduced in the first part.A method for fast calculating t he short time flicker values P st is proposed by means of the montonic -dec reasing characteristics of the cumulative probability function (CPF) curve,.At l ast,the calculated results of both digital and analog systems are compared accor ding to the IEC standard and with the help of MATLAB simulation tools,showing th at the digital method can fully satisfy the precision requirement of IEC standar d.
