摘　　要：文章从计算机网络系统的硬件设施和软件资源两个方面论述了计算机网络安全的脆弱性和潜在威胁。并阐述了网络设计中的安全策略、物理安全策略、访问控制策略、信息加密策略。The fragility of a computer network and the potential threat to the safety of such a network are discussed in the light of the hardware and software resources of a computer network system Tactics for solutions to the safety of a computer network during its designing and the physical configuration of the network, tactics for visit control and data enciphering as well as tactics for safety management of the network system are proposed
