摘　　要：东风汽车股份有限公司的主营业务为汽车、汽车发动机及零部件、铸件的开发、设计、生产和销售；１９９９年由东风汽车公司独家发起成立，同年７月１日上市发行，总股本１０亿元人民币。目前该公司的经营性资产主要为轻型车厂、柴油发动机厂及铸造三厂。该项目自１９８７年投资建设，１９９２年以后逐步形成年产１０万辆轻型车和６万辆柴油发动机的生产能力，产品具有９０年代国际先进技术水平。公司未来的发展将主要围绕中、高档轿车及发动机产品等３个项目展开。The main business scope and field of DMC Ltd are development, design, production and sales of motor vehicles, en- gines, componerts, parts and castings. The corporation was exclusively initiated and set up by Dong Feng Motors Corporation in 1999, on July 1 st in the same year, it began to issue stocks on the market with the capital stock of one billion RMB. So far the managed properties of DMC Ltd principally are light vehicle plant, diesel engine plant and No. 3 foundry plant. The construction of this project was invested in 1987 and the productive capacity for manufacturing 100 thousand light vehicles and 60 thousand diesel engines per year was gradually formed after 1992, its products possess the international advanced technological level of 90s. The future devel- opment of the corporation will be centered on three projects of high and medium class passenger cars and engine products and so on.
