摘　　要：以 470 0kW新型多功能海洋救助 /三用拖船为例 ,简要介绍了上海船舶研究设计院在该船型的基本性能、特种作业功能等方面进行的开发研究工作和设计技术水平。Taking a new type of 4700kW multi function ocean salvage,supply and anchor handling tug as an example,the author gives an introduction to the development and research work of Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute in this ship type with emphasis on its primary performances,special functions,etc.Meanwhile,a comparison with the standard values of similar tugs is also given in this paper.
