摘  要:本文在简述电磁波波速理论之后,对相对论与量子力学间分歧的由来和发展以及超光速研究的科学理论基础作了阐述。然后对量子隧道效应作了数学分析。介绍了可见光频段的超光速实验。给出有意义的彼导的量子隧道理论,并在此基础上提出用于微波波段超光速实验的消失模位垒的设计方法。In this paper, after a brief discussion on the theory of EM-wave propagation velocity, we describe the history of contradiction between the relativity and the quantum mechanics,thus we give a theoretical basis of researches on the waves with its velocity beyond that of the light. Then mathematical and analytical studies on the quantum tunneling effect are presented. An experiment on visible light faster than c is described. The significant result of waveguide's quantum tunnel theory is presented,and on this theoretical basis,an evanescent-mode barrier has been designed which was used for the experiment of microwaves faster than light.
