He-Ne激光照射在中耳乳突术腔干耳过程的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究 He- Ne激光照射在促进中耳乳突术腔干耳及上皮化过程中的作用。方法 :我科从 1997年开始前瞻性的设计下列研究方案 :对实施中耳乳突根治 68例患者术后术腔处理以单号、双号随机分成常规清洗喷药粉和清洗照光两组 ,观察比较两组术腔干耳及上皮化的过程及时间。结果 :清洗激光照射治疗组 34例完全干耳上皮化平均为 2 0± 4天 ;常规清洗喷药粉治疗组 34例完全干耳上皮化平均为 2 6± 4天。结论 :He-Objective:To investigate the effect on the drying and epithelialization processes in mastoidectomy's cavity with He-Ne laser irradiation. Methods:The total 68 patients who had performed mastoidectomy were divided two groups incidentally,one group were cleaned and spurted drug in mastoid cavity;the other group were irradiated with He-Ne laser. The drying and epithelialization processes in mastoid cavity and times were observed. Results: The times of epithelialization in mastoid cavity in the group which were irradiated with He-Ne laser were 20±4 days. The times of epithelialization in mastoid cavity in the group which were cleaned and spurted drug were 26+4 days. Conclusion: Irradiation with He-Ne laser can promote the processes of drying and epithelialization in mastoid cavity.
