摘　　要：金融监管国际化是金融全球化的客观要求。巴塞尔委员会、国际证监会组织和欧盟在监管国际化方面进行了有益的探索 ,其缺陷也是不言而喻的。以完善各国的国内监管制度为基础 ,建立区域性金融监管协调机制 ,尝试建立统一的监管组织 ,是金融监管国际化之现实选择。Internationalization of financial regulation is one of the objective requirements of financial globalization. Basle Committee, IOSCO and European Union have made beneficial exploration in this field. However, some defects still exist. Improving national system of financial regulation, setting up regional mechanism of financial regulation, attempting to establish uniform regulatory organization is the practical choice of internationalization of financial regulation.
