摘　　要：本文从收入和支出两方面分析了汉、唐、明、清中国古代四大盛世中期发生财政危机的原因及其治理措施。通过研究总结出一些规律性的结论 ,为保障我国财政安全提供有益的启示。From the two parts of revenue and expenditure,this article analyzes the reason of the financial crisis and governing measures took place in the middle periods during the dynasties of Han,Tang, Ming and Qing which were prosperous in China's history. As a result of the research,some conclusions are acquired and it provides some beneficial revelation to guarantee our country's financial security.
