摘　　要：本文围绕“三农”问题 ,提出了消除工农业产品价格剪刀差、解决“三农”问题的根本途径是执行“反哺”农业政策 ,从政治、经济、科技等方面提出了可操作性的建议与对策。This thesis intends to review and analyze the past and the present of'the three agri-problems'.It gives the way how to eliminate the scissors differences and how to solve the'the three agri-problems'.That is the feedback agricultural policies from the support of policy,economy,science & technologies.
