摘　　要：在PCB视觉检测系统中 ,为了达到实时检测 ,图像提取的质量是十分关键的。本文提出一种环型光纤光源 ,能提供光照均匀、光强可调、发热量小的照明 ,也对光强自调整方法进行了研究。通过理论分析和实验 ,论证了其对目标图像提取质量的作用。In PCB visual inspection systems,the image acquistion quality is crucial for on-line inspection.This paper puts forward an annular optical fiber source.The source provides uniform illumination,self-adjusting intensity and lower heat dissipation.Research on the method of self-adjusting luminous intensity of the source was also done.With theoretical analysis and experiments,the action of the source on the quality of object images has been illustrated.
