摘 要:简介Hauseman研磨研具的特点、制造要求和制造方法 ;对研具配方进行深入的理论分析。在此基础上 ,通过实验获得研具制造的最佳配方 。Hauseman abrading technique is a new technique rapidly made integral EDM graphite electrodes, a important link transformed the RP original shape into the metallic model, a important branch of integration techniques rapidly manufacturing models. The speed is high, the cost is low, and the requirements of the technique level for operators are low when the method is used to make EDM graphite electrodes. One of the key techniques to make EDM graphite electrodes with Hauseman method is the development of abrading tool. So it is very important to develop and research .the abrading tool using to rapidly shape EDM graphite electrodes. Simply introduced the features,the manufacturing requirements and manufacturing methods of Hauseman abrading tool. The manufacturing prescriptions of abrading tool were thoroughly analyzed in theory and based on it the optimum manufacturing prescriptions of abrading tool are obtained through a lot of experiments.And the prescriptions were proved by abrading experiments.
