摘　　要：研究了摩托车起动电机电枢绝缘合格率低下及单向器装配质量不高的工艺问题 。This paper researchs on the process of autocycle start motor and introduces a new technology that making armature insulation with plastic insulation plate,presents the experience for improving assemble quality of one-way parts.
