摘　　要：采用动力学重整化群方法，研究生长表面中存在的点缺陷对表面生长行为的影响，得到了相应的粗糙度指数ｘ和动力学指数ｚ．结果表明，点缺陷的存在会使生长表面粗化，井缩短达到稳定生长阶段的弛豫过程．The dynamic sacling properties of growing surfaces with pointdefects have been studied by applying a dynamic renormalization-group approach to the KPZ equation with an additional term of point-defects potential. It can be shown,from the roughness and dynamic exponents x and z obtained here,that point-defects tend to roughen the growing surfaces and shorten its dynamic relaxation pro-cess to a steady-growth state.
