摘　　要：概述了动物线粒体的主要特征、动物线粒体 DNA(mtDNA)的结构特点、多态和进化及线粒体DNA多态研究方法 ,最后介绍了动物mtDNA的多态在鱼类群体遗传结构上的应用。This article recounts the main nature on animal mitochondria and the structure characteristics and the polymorphism and the evolution on animal mitochondria DNA and the study methods to animal mtDNA,In the end,introduces the application of animal mtDNA to the study on fish population genetic structure.
