摘　　要：提出电子资源优化管理的一种模式:通过将电子资源加入OPCA系统,建立电子资源导航系统,将文摘索引数据库与全文数据库的OPCA相链接,建立分布式跨库检索系统,以期构筑一个多维的、具有网状框架结构的电子资源管理系统。In this paper a scheme for the optima] management and utilization of electronic resources is proposed. It is suggested to add electronic resources into the system of OPCA and to link the database of abstracts and indexing with the database of full - text documents as well as OPCA. This enables us to build a navigation system for electronic resources and a distributed retrieval system crossing different databases. In this way, a multidimensional, network- like management system for electronic resources can be finally established.
