猪带浅静脉干逆行皮瓣的经皮血气分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究浅静脉干在逆行皮瓣静脉回流中所起的作用。　方法 :采用配伍组设计 ,在猪腹部分别形成 3组逆行皮瓣共计 2 4块 : 组 :随机以一侧腹壁浅静脉为轴形成逆形皮瓣 ; 组 :以另一侧腹壁浅静脉为轴形成逆行皮瓣 ,腹壁浅静脉在蒂部结扎 ; 组 :在上述两组皮瓣的随机一侧形成不带任何知名浅静脉干的逆行皮瓣。用经皮血气分析仪测量 3组皮瓣的 PO2 和 PCO2 ,2周后比较 3组皮瓣成活率。　结果 : 组皮瓣的 PO2 和 PCO2 及成活率均显著好于 组和 组 , 组皮瓣的 PO2 和 PCO2 及成活率均显著好于 组。　结论Objective:To study the role of superficial venous trunks in the venous return of reverse flow flaps Methods:Randomized block design was applied in the experiment 24 flaps were elevate on the abdomen of 8 pigs.Group Ⅰ:pedicled with a random epigastric vein;group Ⅱ:pedicled with the other epigastric vein;group Ⅲ:without superficial venous trunks Instrument of transcutaneous blood gas analysis was used to measure PO 2 and PCO 2.Survival ratio of flaps were compared on 2 weeks postoperatively Results:PO 2?PCO 2 and survival ratio of group Ⅰ were significantly better than those of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ;PO 2?PCO 2 and survival ratio of group Ⅲ were significantly better than those of group Ⅱ Conclusion:superficial venous trunks can improve the venous return of reverse flow flaps
