新型持续恒压扩张装置在皮肤软组织扩张治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :研制一种新的皮肤软组织扩张器注水装置。　方法 :外置加压注射装置由储水囊袋与压力表、加压皮球及连接管组成。使用时将放置入体内的扩张器与外置连接管相连接 ,通过挤压皮球将外置囊袋中的生理盐水注入扩张器中 ,压力由与囊袋相连的压力表直接显示并维持在 35 m m Hg～ 5 0 m m Hg,由患者自行注水 ,临床应用 2 5例。　结果 :扩张时间 14天～ 2 5天 ,除一例扩张器外露、一例皮下血肿外 ,无其他并发症出现。　结论 :该方法可以保证持续恒压扩张 ,可以缩短扩张时间 ,减轻疼痛 ,降低并发症 ,而且患者可自行操作 。Objective:To develop a new highly efficiency affusion apparatus for skin soft tissue expander Methods:After the expander was put in subcutaneous, the expander was linked with the affusion aparatus outside skin The patient through affusion apparatus put the natural saline water which in the store bag into the expander by himself The perfusion presser was displayed through the presser meter and maintained between 35~50mmHg This skin expands method with the affusion apparatus were used in 25 patients Results:The expanding time was 14～25 days and much more rapidly than normal affusion There were no more complications except a case of expander showing up,a case of subcutaneous haematome Conclusion:This affusion apparatus can be used by patients themselves and decrease workload of doctors It can also shorten expanding time and weaken pain and reduce complications
