摘　　要：目的 :研究提高除皱效果的手术方法。　方法 :将微型皮肤伸展器用于常规除皱术。　结果 :利用微型皮肤伸展器可增加头皮切除量 ,12例患者均获得理想除皱效果。　结论Objective:To study a surgical technique for enhancing the effect of rhytidectomy Methods:Micro skin stretching devices were used to assist rhytidectomy Results:Under the help of micro skin stretching devices,12 cases of female patients had significantly more skin removed and gained good rejuvenized results Conclusion:This new technique appears to offer significant clinical advantages over traditional face lift
