摘　　要：四川省卫生厅贯彻“一法两纲”妇幼保健工作取得较大进展，降低婴儿及５岁以下儿童死亡、降低儿童营 养不良、孕期保健和安全接生、降低妇女缺铁性贫血，提倡母乳喂养，消除脊髓灰质炎，降低麻疹发病和死亡，提高计划免 疫覆盖率，降低儿童腹泻发病和死亡，降低儿童呼吸道感染死亡等主要指标已经达到全省终期指标。但仍存在不足，降低 孕产妇死亡、普及安全饮水、卫生厕所、消除碘缺乏病和新生儿破伤风等距全省终期目标尚有差距。“十五”期间结合西部 开发战略实施的有利时机，加强妇幼保健基础设施建设和人才培养，提高妇幼保健眼务能力和可及性。力争使妇女儿童 健康水平赶上全国平均水平。The Public Health Department of Sichuan Province have made progresses in caring out'one law two programs' MCH works rapidly, decreased mortality of infants and children under five and malnutrition; increased pregnant health and safe birth decreased iron-deficiency anemia promoted breast feed, removed po- liomyelitis, decreased incidence and mortality of measles, raised control immune cover rate ,decreased mortality of children respiratory tract infection and the major index have attained province ultimate aim. But the works on decreasing mortality of lying-in and pregnant women, spreading safe water and healthful toilet, removing io- dine-deficiency disease and newborn tetanus still have gap. In the period of the tenth five-year, they would combine with the good time of west development, strengthen MCH basic instruction and talent training ,in- crease MCH service ability, make women and children health level overtake country average level.
