点焊热膨胀电极位移测量传感装置的研究

摘　　要：设计了用电磁铁联系,具有可靠稳零和自动保护的位移测量装置,方便、可靠地测量点焊热膨胀电极位移。试验表明,这一装置能满足生产条件下测量电极位移的要求。A device for measuring displacement which posseses zero drift compesated, protected and stablized function has been designed, the electromagnetical coupling developed. The displacement of thermal expantion of spot welding electrode can be measured easily and reliable by the sensor. The experimental results show that the sensor is satisfied for the requirement to measure electrode displacement under the condition of production line.
