摘　　要：外墙建筑涂料为建筑物外墙装饰之一 ,因其成本低 ,色彩多样 ,节能效果明显 ,越来越受人们欢迎。结合国内外建筑外墙使用情况 ,论述其发展趋势。并着重论证外墙外保温涂料前途。The outer wall coatings are one of the outer wall decorations,which are well\|received for their low cost,high energy\|saving and variety of colours.Bosed upon the foreign and domestic literature on this subject the writer presents here a survey on the development trend of building coatings with a stress laid on the prospect of the outer walls thermalinsulation ones.
