黄芩甙对大鼠培养脑切片上谷氨酸递质释放的影响

摘　　要：为研究黄芩甙对谷氨酸（Ｇｌｕ）递质释放的抑制效应，采用１５只大白鼠分区切片进行体外培养，加入黄芩甙，观察其对由去极化试剂Ｋ￣＋引起Ｇｌｕ递质释放的抑制效应，并对这种抑制效应进行了定量分析，结果表明黄芩甙对Ｇｌｕ释放产生明显的抑制效应。issue slices from different regions of the brain of 15 rats were cultured in Kreb’s solu-tion into which Baicalin was added.The suppressing effect of Baicalin on Glu transmitter re-lease caused by the deploarizing reagent K￣+ was analysed quantitatively.The result showedthat Baicalin suppressed the Glu transmitter releasimg significantly.
