摘  要:介绍一种新型的双层气流保护焊方法,其外层气流呈旋转射流状态,内外气流分层流动互不混合。在总气体消耗量与常规方法相同的情况下,以20~40%Ar+60~80%CO_2的气体比例,可以获得与常规富Ar混合气体保护焊机械性能相近的焊接接头。A new GMAW process shielded with double layers of revolving gas is introduced in the paper. The outer layer of jetted gas appears revolving state, the inner and outer gas layer flows separately and do not mix together mutually, under the condition which total flow rate is the same as that used in conventional GMAW process, hoWever, even with the proportion of 20~40%Ar+60~80%CO_2 gas mixture, the good mechanical properties of weld joint nearly the same as that with rich Ar gas mixture used in conventional process can be obtained.
