摘  要:为研究中药有效成份对谷氨酸(Glu)递质释放的抑制效应,从而证实其对谷氨酸神经毒性的拮抗作用。本实验采用30只大白鼠脑分区片进行体外培养,分别加入中药有效成分豆腐果贰、黄芩甙、α-细辛醚、金丝桃甙、熊果酸、青风藤碱等,观察其对由去极化试剂K ̄+引起Glu递质释放的抑制效应,并对这种抑制效应进行了定量分析。结果表明豆腐果甙、黄芩甙、α-细辛醚、金丝桃甙、熊果酸,对Glu递质释放均有抑制效应,而青风藤则反之。In order to study the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medifcine on the release of glutamic transmitter thereby to prove its antagonistic effect on neurotoxicity of glutamicacid,brains of 30 rats were used in this experiment,The brain was taken immediately aftersacrifice of the animal and its different portions(cerebral cortex,cerebeuum,hippocampusand corpus striatum)were subdivided into several parts to beeultured in vitro Effective in -gredients of the Chinese medicine were added into the cultures respectively to observe the in-hibitory effect on release of glutamic transmitter due to depolarizing reagent K+ and to makequantitative analysis of the inhibitory effects. The results showed that helicid Hel,Baical,a-Asarone,Hyperin and Ursolic acid inhibited the release of glutamic transmitter,but Sinome-nine showed reverse effect.
