摘　　要：目的:探讨低血磷抗维生素D佝偻病早期诊断及适宜的治疗方法。方法:临床观察31例抗维生素D佝偻病与预后。结果:15例坚持正规治疗,血生化、骨X片基本正常,16例未坚持治疗者症状体征加重。结论:治疗的关键早期诊断,坚持长期应用磷酸盐治疗。Objective:To explore early analysis and proper trearment of hypophosphatic vitamin D -resistant rickets. Methods: A clinical observation was done on treatment and prognosis of 31 cases of hypophosphatic vitamin D - resistant rickets. Results: Of 31 cases, 15 cases were treated normally and obtained approximately normal biochemical characteristics of blood and roentgenogram of bone; symptoms in the other 16 cases without continuous treatment were aggravated. Conclusion: The key to treatment of hypophosphatic vitamin D - resistant rickets is early diagnosis and continuous treatment with phosphate.
