肾衰冲剂改善慢肾衰大鼠毒素潴留等作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究扶正降浊的肾衰冲剂改善“慢肾衰”大鼠毒素潴留和贫血的作用。方法 :制作大鼠 5 / 6肾切除肾衰模型 ,分别予肾衰冲剂及主要单味药党参、丹参、制大黄灌胃治疗 1个月后观察残肾病理、超微结构变化 ,检测大鼠血清甲基胍 (Methylguanidine,MG)、胍基琥珀酸 (GuanidinosuccinicAcid ,GSA)及血红蛋白、红细胞计数。结果 :各组药物可以改善残肾结构 ,降低体内尿毒素 ,改善贫血状态 ,与模型对照组比较有明显差异。尤以肾衰冲剂疗效显著。结论 :“慢肾衰”治疗应扶正降浊并重 ,扶正不恋邪 。Objective :To study the effect of sscj improving uremic toxins and anemia on CRF rats. Methods :5/6snx rats were underlying this experiment.They were adminstered by oral sscj,Pilose Asiabell Root,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhei Rhizom respectively.After one month,the remnant kidney pathology and ultra structrue were observed.Furthermore,the following parametres were examined:serum MG and GSA,the amount of Hemoglobin and RBC. Results :Sscj and Pilose Asiabell Root,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Rhei Rhizom respectively may ameliorate the remnant kidney pathology and ultra structure,decreased uremic toxins and improved anemia,they have obvious difference compared with the control group(5/6snx group). Conclusions: The principle of strengthening health qi to eliminate dampness,should be used in treating CRF.Strengthening health qi but not retaining dampness,eliminate dampness but not consumping health qi.
