摘  要:目的:建立紫外可见分光光度法同时测定头孢氨苄/甲氧苄啶的方法.方法:应用双波长法,选择甲氧苄啶的等吸收点262nm、284nm为头孢氨苄的测定波长;应用一阶导数光谱法,以234 nm(谷)处的半振幅为甲氧苄啶定量依据,消除头孢氨苄的干扰.结果:头孢氨苄的线性范围10~95μg/ml,甲氧苄啶2~40μg/ml,平均回收率分别为99.95%和100.13%.二者日内、日间精密度的RSD均小于2%.结论:本方法快速、简便、结果准确,可作为复方头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定.Objective: The spectrophofometry of dual-wavelengths and frist order derivative was applied to simultaneous deter mination of cefalexin and trimethoprim in capsules of compound. Methods: The wavelengths at isoabsoptive points of trimethoprim 262 nm and 284 nm were accurately selected as the measuring wavelengths for cefulexin. By using this method of dual-wavelengths spectrophotometry; The contents of trimethoprim in the capsules were determinated by means of frist order derivative spectrometry, in which the quantitative calculations were based on the hali' peak height at 234 nm. The interference caused by cefalexin in the capsules can be eliminated by using this method. Results: There were good linear correlation in the range of cafalexin 10 -95 ug/ml, and trimethoprim(2 ~ 40 ug/ml); Average recoveries were 99. 95% and 100. 13% . Both of RSD of the precision were littler 2% in day and in many days. Conclusions: The method is reliable, simple, accurate and can be used to determine the content of Taifulong capsules.
