中药腹泻洗剂治疗婴幼儿腹泻病研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药外洗治疗婴幼儿腹泻病的疗效。方法:选取200例婴幼儿腹泻病患儿,按随机分组分别给予中药腹泻洗剂外洗120例和常规治疗80例。结果:所有病例均完成本研究。中药外洗组总有效率为100%,常规治疗组为 87.5%,(P＜0.05)。结论:腹泻洗剂对婴幼儿腹泻病具有良好的疗效,临床使用安全方便。Objective: To evaluate the effect of tranditional Chinese Medicine diarrhea lotion in the treatment of diarrhea diseases of young children. Mehods: Two hundreds young children who suffered from diarrhea had been randomly allocated into two groups. One group was treated with tranditional Chinese medicine diarrhea lotion(120 cases), and the other was given a routine treatment(80 cases) . Results: All patients completed the trial. In diarrhea lotion group and routine treatment guoup, the overall efficacious rate was 100% and 87. 5% , respectively( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Diarrhea lotion has good efficacy on diarrhea diseases of young childred, safety and con-venience.
