复方丹参滴丸与硝苯地平、硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗老年稳定性心绞痛疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较复方丹参滴丸与硝苯地平、硝酸异山梨醇酯对老年稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法 :随机将 5 8例稳定性心绞痛老年患者分为两组 ,进行对照研究。结果 :经过 30 d治疗 ,复方丹参滴丸和硝苯地平、硝酸异山梨醇酯均减少心绞痛发作次数 (分别下降 86 .7%和 5 5 .8% ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,提高了运动能力、延长了运动时间 (分别延长 75 s和 2 2 s,P<0 .0 1) ,结果 :复方丹参滴丸在改善稳定性心绞痛老年患者的临床症状。Objective:To assess the efficacy of dansen co.pill and nifedipine?nitrosorbid in old patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods:58 old patients with stable angina pectoris entered the study using a randomized method to cpmpare the effects of the two groups.Results:Both Dansen co.pill group and nifedipine?nitrosorbid group reduced angina pectoris attacks(86.7 % and 55.8 % respectively, P <0.05) improved the parameters of treadmill exercise tolerance test with prolonging the total exercise time (75 and 22 seconds respectively, P <0.05).Conclusion:Dansen co.pill has better efficacy in ameliorate clinical symptoms,ischemic change in electrocardiogram and exercise tolerance tests.
