焊接热影响区宽度数值的研究

摘　　要：采用典型生产工艺规范,按有关标准规定,焊接了标准试板和管接头试件。通过金相分析和显微测试摄影,得出了手工氩弧焊和埋弧自动焊焊接热影响区宽度的具体数值,可供锅炉设计制造时参考。A number of standard plate specimens and tubular joints are welded with cerumen proceduresthat fulfil the requirements of related criteria. Through metallographical analysis and micro-photographical measurements, the concrete values of weld HAZ width are obtained both for manual TIG welding process and for SAW process. The results will provide as the reference for boiler design and fabrication.
