高血压患者血清白细胞介素4和10的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :测定原发性高血压 (EH)患者血清白细胞介素 4(IL - 4)和白细胞介素 10 (IL - 10 )水平 ,探讨它们之间的关系及临床意义。方法 :采用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)检测 40例 EH患者 (EH组 )不同级间血清 IL - 4、IL - 10水平及变化 ,以 30例正常人 (对照组 )作比较。结果 :EH组血清 IL - 4水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,IL - 10水平则显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,EH不同级间血清 IL - 4和 IL - 10水平差异均有显著性意义 ,IL -4水平随病情加重而升高 ,而 IL - 10水平则降低 (均 P <0 .0 5 )。EH患者血清 IL - 4与 IL - 10水平成负相关 (r =- 0 .75 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :IL - 4和 IL - 10可能参与 EH的发病及病理变化过程 ,监测血清 IL - 4和 IL - 10水平可作为判断 EH病情的指标。Objective: To study the correla ti on of interleukin 4 (IL-4), interleukin 10 (IL-10) and essential hypertension( EH) by detection of serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in patients with EH and to evaluate its clinical significance. Method: The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in 40 patient s with EH and 30 health controls, were measured by enzyme linked immun e sandwich assay (ELISA), and the relationship of the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in patients with different degree of EH was analysed. Result: The results showed that the serum levels of IL-4 in patients with EH were significantly higher than those in controls (P< 0. 001), and the levels of IL-10 were lower than those of controls (P< 0.00 5). The levels of IL-4 were increased with increase of the degree of EH (P < 0.05), but the levels of IL-10 were decreased with increase of the degre e of EH (P< 0.02). The levels of IL-4 in patients with EH were ne gatively correlated with IL-10(r= -0.756, P< 0.01). Conclusion: It is suggested that IL-4 and IL-10 may part icipate in the pathogens and progress of EH.
