用水相法直接测定血硒含量的研究

摘　　要：建立一种简便易行的生物样品中痕量硒的测定方法 .在水相反应液中加入适当配比的 β -环糊精( β CD)和十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS) ,可以不经过环已烷萃取的繁琐过程直接在水相中测定荧光强度而计算出血硒含量 .用该法测定了 10 3例血样中的血硒含量 ,结果表明 ,本法稳定、灵敏度高 ,准确可靠 .To set up a simple and easy method to assay the trace amount of selenium in the biological samples, appropriate ratio mixture of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)were added to directly assay the fluorescent strength in aqueous phase-liquid to calculate the content of blood selenium in the samples. With this method, the selenium in 103 blood samples was determined. It is revealed that the method is safe, accurate and reliable with high sensitivity.
