摘　　要：血栓形成是一个较为复杂的过程 ,其中血小板、内皮细胞及白细胞的相互作用起着重要的作用 .对血栓形成过程中血小板、内皮细胞及白细胞 3种细胞之间相互作用的病理、生理变化过程及机理进行综述 ,旨在探讨 3种细胞与血栓形成的关系 ,为临床血栓性疾病的防治和抗血栓药物的研制提供理论依据 .Thrombosis was a very complex pathophysiological process, in which platelets, endothelial cells and leukocytes played multiple roles. Studied were the pathophysiological press and the mechanisms of the interactions in thrombosis regulation among the three cells so as to find out the reactions between the cells and the thrombosis, to provide approaches to prevent or treat thrombosis diseases, and to produce antithrombotic drugs.
