通痹止痛胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的观察

摘　　要：就通痹止痛胶囊抗炎、镇痛的药效作了观察 ,结果 :通痹止痛胶囊可明显抑制角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀 ,醋酸所致小鼠腹腔通透性增高 ,二甲苯所致小鼠耳郭肿胀 ,小鼠棉球肉芽肿等 ,可显著降低大鼠关节内前列腺素的含量 ,对醋酸和热板法所致小鼠疼痛有显著抑制作用 ,最大耐受量是临床用药的 14 4倍 ,为临床用药提供了一定的药理依据。Tongbi-analgesic capsule can decrease prostaglandin E 2 in inflammatory fluid ard the swelling of rat taw induced by carrageenan and the swelling of mice ear by xylene.It can also inhibit cotton pellet granuloma implanted in mice and blood capillary permeability of mice.It has obvious analgesic effect on pain reaction in mice induced by woolfe-macdonald as well as HAc-induced writhing.Acute toxicity test showed that the maximum tolerant oral dose for mice was 144 times higher than the dose used in clinic for patient.
