摘　　要：目的　探讨国产自动活检装置的临床应用价值。方法　应用国产自动活检装置 ,在超声引导下对 95例患者进行穿刺活检 ,并与 42例细针抽吸细胞学检查和 36例粗针手动活检结果进行对照。结果　自动活检取材成功率为 10 0 % ,组织学分类率为 96.8% ,诊断准确率为 95 .8% ,假阴性率为 4.2 % ,均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,无假阳性 ,并发症为 1.1% ,明显低于手动活检 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　国产自动活检装置取材良好 ,操作简单 ,安全准确 ,临床应用价值高 。Objective To investigate the clinical value of automatic biopsy device made in China.Methods The biopsy have been done with the automatic biopsy device on 95 patients under ultrasounic guidance. Its results were compared with that of fine needle aspiration biopsy and trocar biopsy,respectively.Results The success rate of automatic biopsy was up to 100%,the rate of histological classification was 96.8%,the diagnosis accurate rate was 95.8%,the pseudo negative rate was 4.2% and no pseudo positive.There were significant differences between automatic biopsy and fine neeele aspiration biopsy or trocar biopsy (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The complication of automatic biopsy occured in 1.1 out of 100 patients,which was lower than trocar biopsy (P<0.01).Conclusions The automatic biopsy device deserve popularization for its well function,cheap price,easy operation and safety
