摘　　要：高炉喷煤是个节能降耗项目，一套可靠的自动控制对于连续、稳定的喷吹起着重要的作用。本文主要介绍如何利用一套低成本的西门子ＰＬＣ　Ｓ７３００实现喷煤的过程控制、数据采集、喷吹量调节、除尘反吹等自动控制。Coal injection of blast furnace is an energy-save and consumption-reduction project and a set of reliable automatic control system has an important function on continuous and stable coal injection. The paper introduces how to use a set of low cost SIEMENS PLC S7300 to realize the procedure control, data acquisition, injection adjus tment and dust cleaning blowing control system etc of coal injection.
