摘　　要：目前 ,我国基础设施的投资除政府财政拨给的有限资金外 ,主要依赖于传统的信贷融资方式 ,但从现实情况看 ,仅靠这些资金难以满足我国基础设施建设的资金需求 ,必须建立一种与传统的投融资体系不同的全新的体系———政策性投融资体系。At present,the in frastructure investment of our country mainlg relies on the traditional credit in addition to the limited fund from the goverment finance.In effect,this moneg can not meet the need of China's in frastructure construction.Therefore it is quite necessary for us to set up a new invest-financing system which is different from the traditional one--polily invest financing system.
