摘　　要：本文以江苏高校文献信息保障系统JALIS为依托,首先简单介绍了JALIS系统的架构和主要特色。然后详细阐述了在Internet环境下的JALIS系统Z39.50服务、基于Z39.50的联机联合编目等重要功能的设计与实现的关键技术。最后,本文针对目前国产文献信息系统的应用现状,提出了本系统进一步发展的方向。In this paper,we present a new generation library information system based on Z39.50, JALIS(Jiangsu Academic Library and Information System), Firstly, the infrastructure and the main characteristics of JALIS are introduced in trief. Secondly, the design and implementation of Z39.50 service and online union catalogue based on Z39.50 are discussed in detail. Finally, in connection with the present situation of national library information system, the further development of JALIS is pointed out.
