摘  要:目的 :测定果胶钙的含钙率。方法 :果胶钙经硝酸消化处理 ,钙离子转变为可溶性的硝酸钙 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法和 EDTA-2 Na络合滴定法测定果胶钙的含钙率 ,并对两种方法的相关性进行了考察。结果 :两种测定方法回收率和精密度均较好 ,且相关性显著 ( r=0 .996 1 )。结论AIM The purpose is to establish methods to determine the calcium in calcium pectinate (CaP). METHODS The organic structure of CaP was destroyed by nitric acid and the combined calcium was released as calcium nitrate. Then Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (FAAS) and Compleximetry by EDTA were employed respectively to determine the calcium. RESULTS The two established methods to determine the calcium in CaP were feasible with good recovery and precision, and there was a good correlation between the results by the two methods. CONCLUSION Either of the methods can be employed to determine calcium in quality control of CaP.
